Inventory Clerk
A rare opportunity to join one of the area's leading Inventory Agencies as a full time Inventory Clerk and to develop your career with a company that enjoys a reputation for delivery a personal, reliable service to it’s clients.
The primary duty is to undertake the preparation of an inventory and schedule of condition of a residential property, carry out regular inspections, and to act on check out reports.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- Excellent PC skills including Word and Excel
- Clear spoken English
- Full UK driving license
- Strong/assertive personality
You should have a proven track record as an inventory clerk, be able to work alone and as part of a team, strong communication skills and able to maintain a flexible diary.

Audio Typist/Administrator
A rare opportunity to join one of the area's leading Inventory Agencies as a full time Audio Typist/Administrator.
The primary duty is to undertake the preparation of an inventory documents and schedule of condition of a residential property, deliver high quality administration support and the preparation of check out reports.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft package – Word and Excel
- Good typing speed with excellent accuracy
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- Confident telephone manner
You should have a proven track, be able to work alone and as part of a team and able to be flexible.
